At Vet on Wheels, we prioritise animal welfare by providing a general veterinary care service that eliminates the stress of clinic visits by coming directly to your home across the Costa del Sol.

Our approach focuses on personalised care and convenience, specialising in home diagnostics and sample collection for laboratory testing.

We support our international community in both Spanish and English, coordinating each visit quickly and flexibly to adapt to every pet’s needs and ensuring that, when more complex diagnostic tests or specialist care are required, referrals are made to the best referral centres.

What services can you provide at home?
We offer home consultations, vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, travel certificates, laboratory testing, and geriatric care. Surgeries, X-rays, and other procedures requiring specialised equipment are referred to trusted partner clinics.
The cost depends on the service and your location. Contact us for a personalised quote — our prices are competitive and transparent.
*We handle non-critical urgent cases during business hours (Mon–Sun, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM). Weekend and out-of-hours visits are subject to different rates. For serious emergencies, we recommend visiting the nearest 24-hour emergency clinic, and we can help guide you towards the best option.
We cover Mijas Costa, Marbella, Benahavís, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Mijas, Alhaurín el Grande, Ojén, and San Pedro. Don’t see your area listed? Get in touch — we may still be able to reach you.
Ideally, keep your pet in a quiet room before we arrive, especially if they are an escape-prone cat or a very nervous dog. There is no need to change anything at home — simply make sure you have their health record booklet or European pet passport available so we can review their medical history.
For your convenience, payment can be made at the end of the visit. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Bizum. That way, you won’t have to worry about making payments in advance.
